The host is required to show his identification documents upon arrival, for check-in purposes, and to compile the notification card as prevued by the law dispositions.
The respect to the customer is estimated basing on the attention that he pays to the cleaning and to its collaboration: he will be advertised if he does not follow the hygienic norms. The garbage must be lodged in appropriate containers, the linen and the pottery must be washed in appropriate washbasins, while it is forbidden washing the cars inside the Camping. The fountains distribute drinkable water, therefore it is strictly forbidden making an improper use of them (no matter what you wash).
Moreover we ask you to respect the signal of the Camping, above all as far as the speed limits; bikes can circulate from 08,00 to 14,00 and from 16,30 to 20.00. Silence must be regarded from 14,30 to 16,30 and from 24,00 to 08.00. During this timetable, beyond the transit of cars, motorbikes and bikes, it is forbidden no matter what noise which can bring annoyance.
The vehicles must stop in the parking areas and not in the pits near the cottagesin or in the avenues. It will be permitted the parking of a single vehicle for each household, not replaceable with that one of a temporary host.
Offices and services timetable is exposed in appropriate locals, incoming telephone calls will be announced through sonorous diffusers, the service will have this following timetable: from 09,30 to 12,00 and from 17,00 to 20.00.
The departures and the arrivals are regulated in this way:

·         Camping: you have the obligation to leave the pit by 12,00, otherwise it will be counted as a further day;

·         Village: the structures are available from 12,00 on the arrival day and they will have to be freed by 10,00 on the departure day.

The hosts visits are NOT admitted; those which are authorized, exceptionally by the Direction, are limited to an hour, after such hour it will be corrispondend with the regulation tariffs (the visits will be accomplished from 09,30 to 14,30 and from 17,00 to 20,00; host cars will have to be parked outside the Complex).
Daily hosts will be not accepted from the 12 to 17 August. The Direction does not assume the responsibility for bathing. Dogs are not ammitted in July and August. The Direction does not assume the responsibility in case of robbery or damages to roulotte, caravan, camper, tent, car parking inside the complex, no matter what is the kind and entity which can happen during the period of permanence inside the complex; it offers free service of guard values in safe deposit boxes during the office hours.

Children must be always accompanied in the use of the several equipments and in the toilette, therefore the parents are directly responsible of their sons, the Direction decline every responsibility. The access in our Complex involves the acceptance and the full observance of the present REGULATIONS, which it can be integrated with additional norms that the Direction will retain opportune to emanate for the better functioning of the Village.The Direction answers for the electrical system until the socket unipod, the electrical connections will be effectued only to the caravan and to the tents adequately equipped, according to the dispositions of the EU norms and however to the discretion of the Direction, according to the opinion of ours engineer. Each light connection has a wattage which does not allow the use of electrical appliances up to 700W,such as phone, microwaves, flat-irons, stoves, etc.
If the staying in our Village does not answer to Your expectations, for several reasons or technical disadvantages, we pray you to leave at once the occupied place so that there will be not contestation to the payment act.

PAYMENT MODALITY

·          The camping payments can be effectued at the end of the staying only by cash or automatic teller and credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD etc). Personal and postal checks are not accepted.

·          Village payments can be effectued at the beginning of the staying only by cash or automatic teller and credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD etc). Personal and postal checks are not accepted.

BOOKING AND DISMISSALS

Account of 30% of the total cash amount to the booking or perfused on the checking account n. 12378840 with copy remittance of the receipt to fax number 0973 604783, in 7 days from the booking, then, the reservation will decay and the deposit of the acquittance will be not considered valid at the moment of the arrival. The confirmation receipts of the payment for the pits booking (and residence) have to arrive within and not besides the first May. The advance payment will be redeemed if the dismissal will arrive by registered letter in 60 days from the arrival date. It will be retained only the booking costs (€ 50,00)). Moreover the customer engages itself to:

·         to accept the tarifs and the fixed period;

·          to respect the camping regulations;

·          to being responsible of the members of his own household;

·          to safeguard the cleaning of the pit of his own inhabited lodgment; he is engaged to accompany the children to the services and to the playground;

·         to do not dissipate light and water;

·          to regard the silence from 14,30 to 16,30 and from 24,00 to 8.00.

The customers who did not rispect the exposed regulations or who will have such manifestations to compromise the tranquillity of the other hosts will be invited from the direction to abandon the village.
